Shark Expeditions Fuvahmulah

— The Vessel

The Diving Dhoni.

The Maldivian dive vessel that carries our guests from the harbour to Tiger Point, Thundi, Farikede and the wider Fuvahmulah portfolio — fully equipped, with the crew alongside for every dive.

— 01 / The Vessel

A purpose-built Maldivian dive dhoni.

The dhoni is the traditional wooden vessel of the Maldivian ocean — shaped and built for these waters long before recreational diving arrived here. Our dive dhonis are purpose-built for the shark diving portfolio of Fuvahmulah: short crossings, quick dive turnarounds, and full onboard support between dives. Two dhonis run our daily departures.

The layout below is the same across both boats — shaped by the needs of the divers who use them and the crew who run them, day after day.
